TechShake Drives Dialogue on Global Scaling at Vietnam Innovation Summit 2025
Vietnam Innovation Summit 2025
Ho Chi Minh City, November 7, 2025 – Following two packed days in four different stages, the Vietnam Innovation Summit 2025 (VIS 2025) officially concluded. Co-organized by InnoLab Asia, the Department of Science and Technology Ho Chi Minh City, and Saigon Business Magazine, the event generated a powerful buzz on global innovation and technology, drawing over 3,000 participants and featuring more than 150 speakers and business leaders. The summit reinforced the vital need for active collaboration across Vietnam, the Philippines, and the wider international innovation landscape.

TechShake’s participation in this significant gathering was fundamental to our objective of fostering a dynamic and well-connected innovation ecosystem across Asia. Our CEO and Co-Founder, Kotaro Adachi, ensured our presence was strategically integrated throughout the Summit’s principal events. This commenced with his attendance at the VIP Gala Dinner on November 6th, reinforcing TechShake’s commitment to cultivating high-level relationships between international stakeholders and industry leaders. Furthermore, Mr. Adachi served as an active judge in the Business Showcase on November 7th, ensuring the proper identification and validation for the next generation of ASEAN startups poised for global scale.
The core of TechShake’s engagement in VIS 2025 centered on Mr. Adachi’s role as a panelist in the discussion titled “Cross-Border Innovation – From ASEAN Hub to Global Scale” last November 7, on the final day of the event. Alongside the co-founding members of ATLAS alliance and Fukuoka City, discussions focused on how the ASEAN is now an agile entry point and launchpad for startups.
While the ASEAN presents considerable advantages for startups, prevalent challenges on regulatory compliance, cultural adaptation, and talent acquisition still remain. Founders must be prepared to create solutions and demonstrate the capacity to navigate these differences to successfully achieve global expansion. The panel concluded by highlighting effective collaborative frameworks, strategic directions, and partnerships forged between the ASEAN ecosystem and global markets, including Japan, Europe, and the Middle East.
The success of Mr. Adachi’s participation at VIS 2025 highlights TechShake’s commitment to its core mission: to be the essential bridge connecting the high-growth potential of the Philippines and ASEAN with global players.
The summit showcased regional ambition to drive a new era of innovation and collaboration, making it clear that cross-border partnerships are necessary steps for progress. High-level gatherings such as VIS 2025 are essential for TechShake to ensure that local and international founders are equipped with world-class insight, and more importantly, are connected to global partners who can drive global scale.
We look forward to continuing this vital work and seeing the actionable results from the deep connections forged in Ho Chi Minh City!
