Tokyo, Japan | April 28, 2026 – Living Lab Ventures (LLV), the corporate venture capital arm of Sinar Mas Land, and TechShake have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to explore strategic collaboration that bridges Indonesia’s robust property and industrial ecosystem with regional startup innovation.
The agreement was formalized by Mulyawan Gani, CEO of Digital Business, Sinar Mas Land, and Bayu Seto, Partner at LLV, and Kotaro Adachi, Co-Founder and CEO of TechShake.

A Foundation for Meaningful Partnerships
Living Lab Ventures (LLV) is the corporate venture capital arm of Sinar Mas Land, one of Indonesia’s largest property developers. Sinar Mas Land owns and develops a wide range of real estate projects, including townships, industrial estates, commercial buildings, hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments. Through LLV, startups gain direct access to this infrastructure, strong networks, and long-term growth support.
TechShake, Asia’s most active accelerator and startup ecosystem builder, specializes in creating strategic connections through market entry support, venture building, accelerator programs, and cross-border innovation initiatives.
Together, the two organizations aim to foster practical collaboration that accelerates high-impact opportunities across Southeast Asia.

Focus Areas of Collaboration
The MOU establishes a one-year framework for joint exploration, including:
- Venture and Investment Synergy — Connecting promising startups with LLV’s corporate ecosystem and investment expertise.
- Market Entry Support - Leveraging Techshake's regional experience to help businesses navigate expansion across Asian markets.
- Cross-Border Innovation - Designing programs that combine LLV/s infrastructure strengths with TechShake's ability to build meaningful connections between founders, corporations, and investors through Innolab Landing Pad Program.
- Funding and Network Expansion - TechShake will facilitate connections between Japanese corporations and conglomerates to provide additional funding support and strategic growth opportunities for LLV's portfolio startups.
The International Landing Pad Program
As part of this collaboration, LLV and TechShake will advance the International Landing Pad (ILP) and Innolab programs, creating a soft-landing ecosystem for startups and companies entering Indonesia.
The ILP program supports go-to-market strategies and Proof of Concept (PoC) development through curated partnerships and access to Sinar Mas Land ecosystem, while the LLV Innolab programs provide Voice of Customer (VoC) intelligence, business matching, and co-creation of initiatives to accelerate product-market fit and validation.
Startups interested in joining the programs are invited to submit their applications through the registration form.

The ceremony was facilitated by Paolo Rentero, Co-founder and Director of TechShake, with support from Nori Fujikura, Director of TechShake, whose leadership has played a key role in connecting regional operations in Japan.
Both parties have committed to regular working meetings and dedicated representatives to turn shared intentions into tangible projects. We were further honored by the presence of the Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) Tokyo, the Trade and Investment Section of the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines represented by Arman Simbulas (Trade and Investment Promotion Manager) and Nika Yoshino (Analyst).

As a foundation for future synergy, this MOU marks the beginning of a collaborative journey. Both LLV and TechShake are committed to working in good faith to pioneer initiatives that drive growth and innovation across Southeast Asia.
