SEA Bridge and TechShake Formalize Regional Collaboration Through Strategic MOU Signing
Techshake x SEA Bridge
Bonifacio Global City, March 24, 2026
A meaningful step toward strengthening cross border innovation in Southeast Asia was marked through the recent Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing between SEA Bridge and TechShake, held at Nexplay Global BGC. The intimate ceremony was attended by the signees, reflecting a focused and shared commitment to advancing entrepreneurship, venture building, and regional collaboration across ASEAN.
The partnership between SEA Bridge and TechShake was formalized by Kasper Tanakrit Sermsuksan, Founder of SEA Bridge, and Kotaro Adachi, CEO and Co Founder of TechShake. The signing reflects a growing commitment to building stronger bridges between startup ecosystems, enabling founders and organizations to expand beyond their home markets.

Strengthening Regional Collaboration
At its core, the collaboration focuses on creating more opportunities for startups and ecosystem players across the region. Both organizations share a common goal of supporting initiatives related to venture building, market expansion, entrepreneurship programs, cross border innovation, and creating employment opportunities for young individuals through university networks and talent pipelines.
Rather than focusing solely on individual programs, the partnership is designed to create long term pathways for collaboration. This includes connecting founders to new markets, enabling ecosystem exchange, supporting platforms that bring together investors, corporates, and innovators across Southeast Asia and Japan, and opening pathways for students and young professionals to engage directly with the startup ecosystem.
The MOU represents a shared direction to move beyond isolated efforts and toward a more connected and inclusive regional ecosystem.
Expanding the Network Through Strategic Partnerships
The event also included a second MOU signing between Nexplay and SEA Bridge, further strengthening the collaborative network. This was formalized by Gabriel Benito, CEO and Founder of Nexplay, and Kasper Tanakrit Sermsuksan.
Also present was Paolo Dominic Rentero, Co-Founder and Director of TechShake and Head of Strategic Partnerships at Nexplay, highlighting the interconnected roles these organizations play in building and supporting innovation platforms across the region.
Together, these partnerships signal a broader alignment between ecosystem builders, corporate platforms, and innovation enablers working toward shared regional growth.

From Alignment to Action
While the ceremony itself was intentionally simple, the significance of the collaboration lies in what it enables moving forward. The partnerships are expected to support joint initiatives such as startup programs, market entry support, and ecosystem driven events that connect Southeast Asia more closely.
By aligning their networks, platforms, and expertise, SEA Bridge, TechShake, and Nexplay aim to create more accessible pathways for founders and organizations looking to scale across borders.

Looking Ahead
As Southeast Asia continues to grow as a global hub for innovation, collaborations like this play a critical role in shaping a more integrated ecosystem.
The SEA Bridge and TechShake partnership reflects a shared belief that meaningful progress comes from working together across markets, industries, and communities. With strong alignment and a clear direction, this collaboration sets the stage for new opportunities in venture building, regional expansion, and cross border innovation in the months ahead.
