ATLAS Alliance Launched to Strengthen ASEAN's Startup Ecosystem, with Techshake Leading from The Philippines

Tokyo, Japan – May 7, 2025 — A new regional alliance made its mark at the Tokyo Innovation Base this month as leaders from Southeast Asia’s innovation ecosystem came together to officially launch ATLAS (Accelerating Transformation & Linkage for Advancing Startups). With the shared goal of deepening collaboration across ASEAN, the alliance brings together founding members from four prominent startup ecosystem builders: TechShake (Philippines), KUMPUL(Indonesia), Techsauce (Thailand), and InnoLab Asia (Vietnam).

For TechShake, this milestone represents more than a partnership. It marks the natural next step in our long-standing commitment to building meaningful connections that drive startup growth across borders. As a founding member, we are proud to represent the Philippines on the regional stage and contribute to shaping a more connected, agile, and inclusive innovation ecosystem in Southeast Asia.

- Strategic Summits and Delegations to foster in-person collaboration and community.

- Insight Reports and Ecosystem Whitepapers co-authored with global partners.

- Market Access Accelerators to help startups expand beyond their home turf into new Southeast Asian and APAC markets.

As part of the ATLAS founding members, TechShake will actively contribute to setting strategic directions, co-developing programs, and ensuring that the alliance evolves to meet the needs of an ever-changing startup landscape.
